Freshly Prepped is a family-owned business established by husband-wife team, Adam & Sam, who enjoy curating quality meals together. They are excited to share their love for cooking with you! Adam is a 10-year US Navy veteran who was born and raised in North Carolina, while Sam grew up in northern California. Together, they enjoy cooking in their kitchen, traveling with their young kids, creating their own traditions and singing along to Luke Combs. Visiting a variety of countries and living abroad has influenced their culinary creations, which often incorporate flavors from around the world. The idea of planning and preparing healthy, balanced meals began in their own kitchen, and meal preparation has become part of their daily routine. "Grab, heat, and eat...say no more."
